Who’s got the oysters?

I shared a half dozen raw oysters with a friend at Bros. recently, and while actually pretty tasty, especially with the migonette sauce (shallots, cracked pepper and vinegar), there was a lot of grit. It was off-putting enough to not want to order again. But maybe it was just a hastily-cleaned batch.

Either way, let’s throw this question out there: Where in Sioux Falls can you get a good, raw oyster dish? Hit me up.

Also, don’t feel too bad about the oysters, Bros. They were followed by a half order of the pork belly (below), which was as awesome as always.
