Great list of beers for this Saturday’s Brrvana
Saturday is Brrvana down at Monk’s House of Ale Repute. The now annual beer festival in the cold is in its third year and is a chance to gather with friends, strangers and odd-balls (last year there were keg races; Here’s a video.) and have some seriously crazy-good beers.
This year, there are 29 beers on tap, and there a few of my favorite (Deconstruction, Abyss) are back.
The list of beers is below. The party gets going at 3 p.m., with food service starting at 4 p.m.
Prices are $6 per ticket. A ticket will get you a 9 oz. pour of your choice (these beers all have high alcohol content) or a brat or sub sandwich. You can also get a punch card for $20 that gives you eight 3oz. samples.
