Champps closing

From the Sioux Falls Business Journal:

Champps Americana restaurant in the Western Mall will be closing its doors in late March after more than 20 years in business.

It was always busy the times I ended up there, so this is a bit surprising to me, even if it has been up for sale. Not a horrible location, but still a mall setting.

I wonder if another restaurant will go there?
