Just watched this video on Beecher’s Handmade Cheese (locations in New York and Seattle) making a grilled-cheese-infused vodka martini! Wow. I know this is gross to most, but I know for 100% sure the next time I’m in either city, I WILL be ordering this.
That is unless some awesome establishment here in town beats them to it? Hint, hint!
